Tree Planting community interaction session at Mukuni Primary School

The  Livingstone Victoria Falls Volunteers Program was in the Mukuni Village about 5km from the majestic Victoria Falls,  for a community interaction session at Mukuni Primary School. About 100 members of the DULUX Group, working in collaboration with CANSAF and Zambesia visited the school and took time to work in the school garden where they planted vegetable seedlings. Some members of the group were out in the Gundu community planting mahogany, Baobab, Tamarind, Black berry, and many other indigenous tree seedlings. They were joined by 3 volunteers from the German Government ‘s Weltwarts Programme who are currently attached to LVVP.The Livingstone Victoria Falls Volunteers and Mukuni Primary School  would like to sincerely thank the  DULUX Group, CANSAF and Zambesia for making it possible to establish a garden and indigenous tree nursery at Mukuni School.
